A completely natural product pure coco fibre. Peat free. No additives. One of the ingredients we use in our TortoiseMIX You will receive 2 x blocks with each block making  120 - 140 litres of substrate. To make add warm water and the block will expand. This is ideal bedding for tortoise. We mix ours with soil however this is completely fine to use on its own. It also a great growing media. We grow our plants in this too.
